1. Via Online System for Abstract Submission

This method is encouraged for abstract submission. The instruction of online system for abstract submission is as follows:

Step 1: Please fill the abstract general information (theme, title of the abstract and the author(s)). Please make sure all fields are filled before clicking the submit button. If it is not applicable, please leave as "---" (dash) as dafault.
Step 2: After clicking the submit button, the file of abstract can be chosen for uploading.
Step 3: If the abstract is uploaded successfully, the message box with the file information will be shown.

2. Via Email

Please send your abstract with the following information into jlgis@cuhk.edu.hk. Or you can fill the abstract submission form (word format) send to jlgis@cuhk.edu.hk together with your abstract.

• State whether you are the contact person of the abstract and whether you will present at the conference if the abstract is accepted.
